Registration
First time access to Web Portal:
1. Enter your current Card Number
2. Enter your Temporary Password
Your temporary password is your last name plus the last four digits of your social security number. Excluding all spaces and suffixes (I, II, III, Jr. etc), and using only lowercase letters. For Example:

3. On your first login you will be immediately required to choose a new password. Password requirements:
- Minimum of 8 characters with at least 2 numbers
4. A valid email address is also required. If you do not have an email address on file you will be prompted to enter one. Without a valid email address, you cannot access the portal.
Lost password
After your first login and password change, click "Forgot Password?" from the login page, and instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your email address on file.
